I had pancakes with DD1 for breakfast and a really rich BBQ pork sandwich for lunch. I am soooooo full right now. I have a yoga date with @kirkette in an hour and a half or so and I am worried I might barf all over her.
SUPER FUN TIMES @kirkette! Gonna save you a spot right next to me!!!
Made it out at $108 and change…but I got 3 nursing tanks that are better than my 3 old nursing tanks (and hopefully don't make me look nearly as frumpy - if this is possible with nursing tanks), 2 pairs of yoga pants, 2 pairs of shorts, a couple of pairs of socks for E, some batteries and a glass drinking bottle for me.
I had the boys out of the house for 4 hours for the GTG and the drive, then we went on 90 minute walk. We get back, and DH asks what's for dinner. Seriously?!
(and he didn't even go to Ikea today. He got lazy)
I feel better now that I have some stuff to wear PP…I am having a lot of anxiety about the weight I gained and not having clothes - it is probably a good thing that I won't be going to back to work as soon as I did with DD because I don't think I am going to meet my weight goal and I will end up heavier by the time #2 arrives than I was when DD came, so I am going to have LOTS of work to do…losing 70+lbs is going to be fun times.

I spent the morning shopping at antique stores with a neighbor. I found the 8th grade school shop project that someone had sold to the store. I laughed and laughed and was able to find the kid's initials and section number based on where we were told to number the pieces. At least he followed the instructions!
I had a really nice afternoon with my children and @pnkybrwstr and @natariru and brooklyn. DS fell asleep on me as we were leaving and instead of going straight to the subway, I took DD to a bookstore near our GTG and read her a bunch of books while DS slept and bought her one that she then read to me on the subway ride home.
I feel like I rocked the mom-of-two thing today.
Oh, and I thought of @starry as I changed DS's diaper in the bookstore's kids' reading area after they told me there was no changing table in the bathroom.
My infant car seat made it through 2 babies without much wear or tear. But of course today when I was trying to clean/ organize our "junk room" that needs to become a nursery in 6 months, DS2 was playing in there near me and peed while sitting in the car seat. Yay potty training!
So I had to take it all apart so I could wash the cover. Not the "prep for the new baby" task I had in mind today.

A really good friend just listed her house. Two days on the market, 16 showings, 4 offers. They are getting full asking price which I thought was way overvalued when she told me what they listed it for. I am thrilled for her and also totally depressed. I wonder if we will ever be able to move to a house I like in an area I want to live in.
In other news, I made the oatmeal bake. In the future I would sprinkle the fruit on last, not first, as the instructions say. The pressure of the batter being poured caused all the berries to disperse to the edges. It just came out of the oven and I can hardly wait for it to cool enough for me to eat it. It seems amazing!
I went thru 6 mos clothing (they're still in 3 mo). Omg DD has way more. And she will be in 3 mo for at least another month or two. Some of it is pants so I hope she can still wear them!

We had such a great weekend. Being able to get outside for some fresh air and sunshine makes a world of difference. I hope the warm weather is here to stay.
Oh, also, M has started the jello legs, just lay on the floor when he doesn't want to do something. So that's fun. Especially when you're at the Home and Garden show and he just flops down in the middle of a crowded walkway. Or when he's splashing in a puddle and I tell him we have to keep walking the doggies....Sure kid, lay down in a mud puddle...At least he doesn't throw a fit and does it silently? LOL
