1) I miss you! 2) I hope all is well. 3) Do you know of any other sites that are kind of like Tradesy? I am searching my butt off for a pair of Ivanka Trump/Valentino knock-offs that I cannot find anywhere. 4) Thanks (heart)
Hi! The last two weeks have been...rough. Family and work-wise. I'm looking forward to the end of the month when hopefully a lot has blown over and we know more about MIL's prognosis.
Have you tried liketwice.com or vestiairecollective.com?

I am sorry to hear that things are rough over there. What was her prognosis? Sorry if I missed a post about it. I know you said she had that ongoing issue, but I hadn't noticed an update.
She has had partial paralysis in one leg for years, which has progressed to instability/tripping when walking. She fell and broke her pelvis last month and was immobile for a while, and developed deep vein thrombosis. There's potential for the blood clot in her leg to dislodge and move to her lungs, which is really serious. She's on tons of blood thinners but they pretty much have to wait for the clot to break up on its own. She still can't move much so it's a delicate balance of her being immobile and getting more clots vs. letting her pelvis heal and risking falling again. G's dad just had a cyst removed from his spinal cord like 2 months ago so he can't really lift/move her, either.
(Also G's uncle had to have an emergency liver transplant due to Hep C and G's cousin (uncle's son) donated his liver. They're both having complications after surgery.)

Wow, I am so sorry to hear of G's family's medical issues. I really hope that everyone can recover soon without any serious complications. ((hugs))
