We haven't seen burpees yet, so that has to be coming. Thrusters too, but I think that might be in the final week. Since we've now thrown out the "no MU first thing in a workout" rule, perhaps another advanced movement like HSPU could show up?
Blech. You get those freaks who just have the metabolic engine of a Corvette and I never stand a chance. I can keep moving, but newp! Not going fast
I can go and go on burpees thanks to the 365 burpee challenge we had to do one day. I gave up somewhere in the 200s but one chick was already done before I got to 200! HOW?! Yea, no. And box jumps? I'm slow there too.
I'm also scared about the thrusters, shoulder to overhead, push presses, etc because my shoulder is jacked. I can't bench press right now and thrusters and stuff like that won't help. If they stick to a super low weight (55lbs and under) for scaled then I might be OK but I know that the heavier weights will really aggravate my issue.

I don't want HSPU because I can't do them yet! I spent all my free time over the past month or so doing the work so I could get those damn C2Bs. I also wonder if they would show up because they're not in the judges course at all...not necessarily something that concerns HQ, but it's something we talked about at my box last week with Castro's picture of the guns seemingly hinting pistols, which also aren't in the course/haven't been in the Open before.
Thrusters are probably coming in 15.5. Ugh, I hate them so much, I'd rather just get them over with. I would like a chipper again, that sounds fun to me to switch things up a little.

I redid 15.3 (Sat and Mon) and weirdly was much less sore after the second time when I did 61 more reps. I do feel like my legs are still heavy and tired though.
