Hi! I hope everyone is having a great week!
I am thankful to have finished a Whole30 this week and feel really good. I learned a lot about myself and my body...and the 5 lb weight loss feels good too.
I am thankful for the reintroduction of date night. We found a girl to stay at the house every other Wednesday after the kids are asleep so that we can get out for a drink together. I think it is going to be cheaper than therapy.
I am thankful to be back home from my work trip. It was fun, but I was ready to be home. I am also thankful that today is my Friday! H and I leave tomorrow, for a 3 day weekend in Charleston.

I'm thankful that R handled the pets this morning to let me sleep in (today was a rest day). It was glorious.
I'm thankful for finding a program through our local hospital that allows for 12 weeks of meetings (small group) with an RD for less than $200. Hopefully she'll have some suggestions for me regarding this mystery weight gain, but more importantly, those are the weeks I have remaining before my swim competition - an RD insight into my eating as it correlates with my training will be priceless.
I'm thankful for good runs this week, the massage I have scheduled this afternoon, and the weekend of riding and running I have ahead!
And swimming?
Sadly, I think the morning program doesn't leave me much time for a swim. I have a window I can use to get a bike ride in, but the pool schedules are super stinky.
BUT I did get the cap yesterday. That was so thoughtful of you. And Kate wanted to put on the "pink hat" (heart)

Harumph. Let me know if you change your mind. The west sac pool is open for laps 8-12 both days.

I expect a full food & cocktail report when you return
I am thankful that my brother lives 10 minutes from Clearwater Beach, FL. We are leaving for a quick getaway on Tuesday. It is so freaking cold in NY right now! 15 degrees below the "normal".
i am thankful i'm getting my kitchen tile floors professionally steam cleaned & sealed! <)
I am also thankful i passed two really huge tests for my job. So glad that is behind me.
And lastly, trying this new boot camp is kicking my butt & helping my strength.
Congrats on passing your tests!
Most of our house is tile. I suppose it's still easier than carpet, but cleaning the grout is such a PITA. Not quite the same as getting a massage or pedicure, but having someone come do that work sounds like a treat

I'm thankful DH was home for the past 3 days. I thought it was just a bad spell of morning sickness at first, but it became clear within a few hours that it was stomach virus. DH handled everything while I hung out on the couch. Seems like this stuff always stikes when he's gone, so luck was on my side this time.

I'm thankful for a baby that STTN - even if it means I had to skip my AM workout because she was still sleeping. (I didn't set my alarm for enough time to pump pre-workout)
