Fri-inadvertent rest because DS woke up a bunch Sat-amazing 18 mile trail run with 3k feet of climb. Living in a hub for ultra runners is pretty sweet. Or, I guess they're here because of the terrain, but whatevs. Sun-rest, foam rolling, and setting up my new balance ball thing (Bosu?) that I found on clearance at Target

Fri - 4 miles Sat - rest Sun - 7 miles total and ran with my sister for 4. It worked out it was her recovery day so she wanted to go slow. And I did a 4 min plank!!

F - rest S - rest S - rest
Three most needed rest days of my life right now. Im so exhausted and I don't know why. Perfect timing that the box was getting remodeled. Some walls got knocked down and we are getting new lifting platforms.
Saturday: Did bootcamp again and got in trouble with #realmitch. For some reason, he doesn't like the advanced girls doing bootcamp *eye roll* 5 rounds - 200m run, 10 no push-up burpee tuck jumps, 20 walking lunges with a 25# plate overhead 3 rounds - 400m run, 20 DB snatches 1 round (supposed to be 2, but we ran out of time) - 20 dead lifts, 20 cal row, 15 front squats, 15 shoulder to overhead
Sunday Funday: partner workout of 200 DU buy-in, 3K row working 150m at a time, 200 DU close-out. Then another partner workout with kettle bell swings, box jumps, pull-ups, burpees, push-ups, wall balls, and lunges.
Fri: CF (death by WOD) Sat: 14.5 Sun: Walk the San Diego Zoo all day. I tried to run up one of the steep hills with the jogging stroller but it was too crowded.

Fri: swim 4050 scy Sat: swim 3600 scy Sun: rest day, but spent the day cleaning the darn kitchen b/c possible mouse. (Thank God, it didn't get into the cabinets yet.)

I'm trying to get back on here regularly! You guys are so motivating and just plain awesome!!
Fri: Nothing - rained Sat: Rained, but played in the indoor kids play park (think climbing, sliding, etc through kid friendly obstacle courses) with my step kids Sun: 17 mile ride since it was finally sunny again!
Fri; rest/stretch Sat: 40min basic run Sun: 8 miles on treadmill (took 1hr 46min, sigh. Head cold, didn't want to sweat outside in 25deg temps, stupid winter!)
