Somebody hold me, I just finished my training plan for GCBS. I'm terrified.
And yes, I realize that's a lot of 6-day weeks. I'm trying to cut back on two-a-days, which have killed me in the past. I'll take unscheduled rest days as needed - I'm not truly crazy.
