I've been doing yoga! I'm so happy to get my motivation back in this area. I'm not doing anything difficult. Just trying to get my flexibility and some strength back.
Eating wise I don't think I'm doing too bad. I've been eating out a lot, but I think I'm making good choices.
My clothes fit better. My scale hasn't moved since I've started this journey. I'm staying far away from it at the moment. Trying to focus on the positive and keep myself motivated.
Well I did a 5k on Sunday and I'm going to do an exercise class on Thursday. I'm considering trying out a barre class, or finding a beginning ballet class, because I think that working on my core and alignment is really important. There's one place I want to try but they're monthly cost is too much right now.
I'm considering getting a roommate, which would help me pay off debt and have more wiggle room in my budget for things like that.
I ate a decently-sized arugula salad at dinner on Saturday.
After my junk food filled food coma from being sick. I'm back on it and am happy to say that I am back to my way back in December before I went on vacation weight. I've got 4 Yoga classes scheduled this week that I am looking forward to going to.

The scale finally dropped a few lbs. This is how is usually goes for me--I'll go weeks with no change, and then I will lose several pounds all of a sudden. Measurements haven't changed since last week. I'm trying to lose the last <1/2" off my waist before we leave for vacation in April. The trick will be keeping as much off as possible during a 2-week stay at an AI resort....
I've managed to get into a really good workout groove in the last couple of weeks. I like exercising (cardio) three days in a row and then taking one day off. I know I need to add in weight training at some point, but right now I'm happy just to be adapting to the cardio habit.
Diet-wise, I've done much better with my portion control and recognizing when I'm full. I think I could do even better if I started counting calories again, but I'm not really sure if I want to do that.
I've lost five pounds in the last two weeks! My clothes are starting to fit a little bit better, and I feel more toned all over. YAY!
We ate pizza from our favorite pizza place this weekend. Since H hasn't been around to eat leftovers, I gave the last few pieces to my MIL in order to avoid eating them myself...of course now I'm regretting my decision, lol. I should have saved them for myself!
Struggle, always a struggle. But hey, we had a great time this last weekend and drank all the beer and ate all the good food. Not feeling guilty about that!
