Boyfriend got a huge work promotion two months after he started. It was because another crazy guy in the department lost his shit, yelled at everyone, and punched a whiteboard so hard it left a fist indentation. Like, full cartoon style indentation.
Now he's an admin who runs all the computer hardware for 800+ people.

My plan is to wait and see what happens. It wasn't overt comments, but more repeatedly complimenting women to the point where they felt uncomfortable. Jokes that *could* be construed as sexual.
If he is fired, I'll definitely try and make some moves.
Yikes. Did any of thee women affected ever ask him to stop?
Nope. They were too scared. All young women who needed the job/internship. And he is 2 supervisory levels above them.
They told their clinical supervisor but asked her not to say anything. She finally came forward to me after this most recent incident as this is the 4th woman to complain.
Keep us updated if you can. From a professional standpoint, this could get interesting, especially if no one has spoken with him directly and/or had documentation before this. But so many women at once could turn the tables on him.

Will do. It will be interesting as 3/4 women are no longer are with the agency. But the current intern complained to her school field supervisor. So another agency is "involved".

Yikes. I hope things get resolved satisfactorily.
There was a guy at my work who used to make comments that made me a bit uncomfortable, but I never could decide if I was taking them the wrong way or if he was actually being inappropriate. He was laid off after not too long working at the company, so the situation resolved itself, thankfully.

I actually left the last job I had before this one because one of the men made me uncomfortable. He would comment on that bra I was wearing, walk across the shop just to loudly smell my perfume, and would walk up behind me and blow lightly on my neck. I told my boss and he determined that I was misinterpreting things and the guy was just being nice... I had a police officer come in and give them all a lesson in appropriate workplace behavior and I left shortly after. It was the only time I didn't give at least a two week notice.

Yeah. My favorite part was when I complained about dude being in my personal space and my boss turned to the cop and said "when she's on company property, does she even HAVE personal space?" I knew right then that I could never work for those people again.
