I like parts of it. Some of it seems close to the mark, but not quite there for me. I'm kind of scared about committing to something so contemporary since my style is more eclectic, but I wouldn't want to do eclectic too much and ruin the house's vibe.
It seems pretty soft contemporary to me. My 2 thoughts: those people really like IKEA and those bathroom mirrors would drive me crazy. They did a nice job updating the house, though, I really like the entry.
I'm not crazy about the bathrooms. I'd change out the sinks for sure.
I haven't seen it in person yet, and I'm nervous about the wood on the walls in the hallway and living room. It would be one of those things that could just photograph awesome and not look so great IRL.
I love the outside and the patio. Kitchen is great too.
I like it but I'm more traditional in style. I think what makes the house so contemporary is actually a lot of the light fixtures they chose, the white walls and their furniture selection. The bones of the house (aside from kitchen and bath) feel much more 60's ranch style home to me. I think the bones of the house could work with a lot of different tastes.
That's an interesting house. What state do you live in? Obviously, you don't have to answer that. The front yard looks like it could use some work, but that's why I'm asking where the home is.

The roof looks like it isn't in great shape. It may just be because it is under so many trees but I would definitely want a thorough inspection of it.
The inside is really awesome. I hate the master bath and the lights in the living room. Also the kitchen is cool but I am not sure it has enough closed storage. Looks wise it is awesome not having upper cabinets on the wall with the stove but practically it may need them. I know open shelving is cool looking but fuck having to keep things that organized.
I LOVE IT. Sure, there are some things I would change, but the overall vibe of the house is great. Changing out the light fixtures would reduce a lot of the modern feel, and you could probably blend styles more easily. I'd probably paint the fire place stone, but that's a personal preference.
I like it and think it could be a really great place when it is decorated better. It seems so different than the other houses you have looked at!
Lol, don't I know it. When H gets back from his work trip Sunday and sees it he's going to rag on me for being consistently inconsistent this whole house hunting time.
