I'm so tired.
I will be spending my Friday errand and cleaning. Saturday is Kid's party. Cake is almost done! Sunday I'm hoping my parents leave before nap time (so I can take a nap).

I tried to go to bed early last night but could not fall asleep. Then ds woke up crying in the middle of the night because his hand had fallen asleep and he didn't know what was going on. As soon as I calmed him down enough to explain he was fine with it and went right back to sleep. I on the other hand was awake for another hour.

I'm wiped out. I'm thinking of spending the weekend catching up on cleaning and laundry. I have no energy but I'm sick of the mess. Shit.... am I nesting?
Still no names.
We spoke to a realtor this morning. I'm in shock that to BUY a house will be a savings of about $700/month for us from what we pay in rent now. WHAT?!

The benefits of life outside the tri-state and the greater metro area!

And it's in Philly Proper! If we want to go even cheaper there are some (very close to the city) homes that the realtor showed us.

That's awesome. Are they considered homes or condos? What are fees like?
Row homes. So basically buying a town home. The realtor factored in mortgage/taxes/insurance/etc into the monthly cost. The only thing we need to look at would be utilities. We're going to go look in person on the 10th and 11th. H will probably go initially on the 10th and PF and I will join them on the 11th. He'll have chosen some to go back to that day and we can look again. I can't take the additional time off from work because 1) they don't know I'm not coming back yet and 2) I take so much time for my doc appts.

I meant HOA fees or the like, since you have shared walls. I know that's often what holds us back here.
Will PF be able to handle the stairs of a row home?

Doesn't seem to be any fees that we saw. We'll ask the realtor.
She's getting better with stairs (going up). It'll be good practice if anything. Or we continue to pick her up as need be.
I don't really have any plans for the weekend, and as lame as it sounds, I'm hoping to keep it that way. I know we're going to be really busy for most of the weekends in April, so I'm counting this one as an opportunity to just rest and relax.
My mom and I are going furniture shopping today. She has decided none of her current furniture will "go" in the new beach house so she is buying pretty much all new. Who is this woman and what did she do with my mother?!?!?
Tomorrow we are going to Disney for my Aunt's bday. No parks thank goodness. We'll just hang out in downtown Disney during the day and then dinner at this Irish pub over there.
Sunday brunch down at the beach and then I fly home.

I went to a workout class with the 28 year old (help me with a nickname!) last night and I'm definitely sore today. Today is my last day of work before spring break!! I'm so excited, even though I have no big plans for the week.

And I'm looking to move back to the jungle! 1/2 the size same price!
The weekend will be full of spring cleaning. My closet needs an overhaul, as do my kitchen cabinets. I'll probably go to Home Goods/Michaels for a few organizational things.
