Sweet mercies of germs.
Three of our five family members had the flu this week (including the baby.) This has been an awful year for sickness and while I hate being sick and hate seeing my littles sick, I also really really really hate that it's made it impossible to stick to a training plan.
Track racing opens next week and I'm prepared exactly 0%.
I was *supposed* to start a new training plan this week and that didn't happen.
I'm really feeling discouraged about where I am fitness wise and weight wise. And I know baby blah blah blah but he's almost nine months old now and I feel so far behind where I was when I got pregnant with him.
Oh no! I hope everyone gets well soon. Sometimes the best plans go astray, and you can only start over when you feel well. Getting you and the family better should be your priority!
I'm sorry and I hope you guys feel better. My little germ incubators finally got to me too . We thankfully didn't get the flu this year but the head cold my DS gave me has me wiped out right now. Nothing stops another wise healthy training cycle like germs.
