What was your fitness plan for last week? S: 7 mi run S: rest M: 3 mi, wts T: long walk, yoga W: rest R: 5 mi + wts F: rest
Did you stick to the plan? Missed a Thursday night workout again due to work craziness but was otherwise on track. Will attempt to do something besides watching TV after work tonight.
Any vents/challenges this week? I have a 10 mi race on the 26th of April. I will be 23 weeks. I can defer for free until Tuesday. I'm still up in the air on whether or not I want to defer. I know it's probably the right choice but I still wanna see if I can make it that long!
Anything to AW? I was sore for the first time in a long time post lifting on Monday! I think it was the split squats. Must do more split squats...

1. I haven't been great about a regular plan, but Monday I did a 20 mile hike.
2. See above about not being good about a plan but I planned to hike Monday and did, and I plan to hike again tomorrow (similar distance) so there's that!
3. Not much to vent about yet, just feeling a little tired.
I'm hoping to get into this post eventually, but for now, I think I might be feeling well enough to actually get to the gym and walk on the treadmill for a while.

What was your fitness plan for last week? To work out every day since I got back from a very lazy vacation last week.
Did you stick to the plan? Yes I went to barre twice, the gym, and did water aerobics and yoga
Any vents/challenges this week? My SI pain has been killer and affecting my workouts. I may have to cut yoga out since that aggravates it
Anything to AW? Not too much just holding steady.
What fitness thing are you loving right now? It was nice out the other day and I took a really long walk. Im loving that spring is near and outside activities will be here soon!
What was your fitness plan for last week? To try and walk a few miles at least 5 times a week
Did you stick to the plan? No. I think I've only walked maybe 3 times. The exhaustion is rough this week.
Any vents/challenges this week? Well, I'm still not cleared to run. I know its for the best and I won't do anything to jeopardize this pregnancy. But oh how I miss running. Especially when its 75 degrees here today...

I bought it in Feb pre-pregnancy and in a way its helped me to at least move more than I want to some days. It will vibrate when I've been sitting too long and that's usually my cue to get up and find something to do. Since I can't run, I have a certain number of daily steps I've been aiming for.

What was your fitness plan for last week? No real goals last week. I knew I wouldn't be able to get out for a run during work, so I wanted to get in a longer run on the weekend. Also, continue with the pilates at night.
Did you stick to the plan? The nice thing about low expectations are that they're easy to meet! Ran for 6 miles on Saturday, got in an extra run with my son after work on Wednesday, and got in my nightly pilates.
Any vents/challenges this week? Just finding the time. Anything to AW? Nothing exceptional What fitness thing are you loving right now? New running friends with slower paces!
