I know that babies all develop at different rates, so I'm not concerned about anything more than curious:
A will be 6 months on the 30th and so far doesn't roll over or sit - totally normal from what I've heard from other moms.
She still HATES tummy time, but can pick up her head. But, what bothers me is when I do put her on her belly, she will push up with her legs but just lays on her arms. She won't use them at all to push up. If she goes from a supported sitting position to her belly because she's trying to get something, she'll just flop as soon as her arms reach the ground and lay on her face. (and then cry)
I put her on the floor to play and whether the toys are dangling right in front of her or off to the side (to encourage her to move a bit) she lasts maybe 2 minutes then fusses until she's picked up. She shows interest in everything but won't make efforts to try and roll/move towards anything. She basically just lays flat on her back and wines in one spot.
Currently, she's been unhappy anywhere but her bouncy exer-saucer thing where she bounces a ton and twists around to play with all the toys. She also loves to stand and when seated will push up or move her hips forward and slide out of anything I put her in.
Does this sound like anyone's child? I think I just need to hear similar stories b/c she's the only one of the kid her age from my group of friends that hasn't reached those milestones yet (or seems even close). I walk into daycare every day to see little babies crawling or playing/rolling around the floor, and she's the only one in a bouncy chair, exer-saucer, or some other contraption.

LOL - this totally sounds like BOTH my girls. Honestly, DD2 is a *little* better at tummy time - but not by much! She can push her head/shoulders up but only up on to her forearms - not up to her wrists or anything - and the peace only lasts a few minutes before she's screatching to be rolled back over.
DD1 could be put in an unassisted seating position around 8/9 months and crawled around 9/10 months. She stood and started cruising a week before her 1 yr birthday and walked unassisted around 16 mo. She is my cautious child - always waiting until she KNOWS she can do something to do it.
DD2 loves her bouncy seat/exersaucer too... and I do as well because they keep her occupied so I can do other stuff like fold laundry (glamorous life here).

Ha - Yeah, her exersaucer is the only way I can get anything done besides strapping her to me. And she does the same tummy time, I guess - just her head and shoulders up but nothing supporting on her arms. She pushes her legs up and looks like she's doing "downward dog", but supporting her weight on her face. She doesn't like that. lol.
I guess she'll just get it one day. But now that she's started hating being on her back on the floor, I'm getting frustrated. It's like she wants to be somewhere else but won't actually try to turn or roll - which I guess is how they start to move in the first place. She just thrashes her arms and legs and screams.
Yep, sounds like C. He hated tummy time until we started doing tummy time on a yoga mat instead of the carpet or a blanket. I don't think he liked the feel of the carpet or fleece blankets on his face and hands. We didn't figure this out until he was like 9 months old...
As for sitting, try putting a toy between her legs that she can lean against. We liked the Little Tikes Play Triangle.
