since you are the only one who answered me,what reasons do you have for taking the younger instead the older.( I am trying to convince my husband that we should go this year, and have been unsuccessful as of yet)

I had a blast when we went with an 18 month old. They can walk up to characters, dance for the parades on their own, etc. And you can still wear them in lines.
9mo old! I'm a die hard Disney fan and I hated going when DD2 was a toddler. Dd1 was a unicorn (or I was better about bending to her needs/schedule). Taking both of them nearly killed me.

We went when DS2 was 15 months old and DD and DS1 were 4 years old. The 15-month old almost killed me. Such a hard age. It would have been easier had he been younger and less mobile or older and more "senient."
9 month old! We went when DD3 was 16 months old. She was too distracted to nap, did not want to sit in the stroller, wanted to go where she wanted to go, picked stuff up off the ground, etc. I would have loved to push a 9 month old around all day.
With an older child 9 month old. Portable & non walking still. Alone 18 month old. I took DS at 13 months old & 21 months old. It was a super fun age to take him.
Younger. We took C to DL at 9 months and it was great. He was super interested in looking at stuff but still not mobile. At 18 months he would have been screaming to get out of the stroller and trying to walk everywhere.
Probably with a 9 month old. 18 months olds (okay, mine) can be kind of unpredictable, impatient, and I just imagine both kids wanting to go in completely opposite directions. I feel like a baby strapped to me would be much easier!
