Another fashion help thread

Seriously, I'm so incapable of making decent fashion choices for myself. I bought a new suit today, and because the top is simple, bought two necklaces to go with them. I couldn't decide which one looked better. So which one? I included a close up and a full length for both. Excuse the fact that the outfit changes; I couldn't decide between the pants and skirt. Or just ignore the fact that the last picture won't load. Moving on.

Thanks! Penneys had some great suits on sale today, but the most annoying part was that they didn't really have any tops to match this suit. I had to go to another store to get it, and even then, most of the colors this year are too bright and lime-greeny for me. 

The skirt picture didn't load for some reason.

A it is, then! It's the one I was leaning toward but it's Much flashier than the other. I'm not used to wearing flashy things.
