Sorry that happened. They look adorable.
My younger DD cut her hair while MIL was watching them and I was work. She had short bangs for a while.
Another time, she cut hair while I was napping. Mine! I woke up and thought she was playing with my hair. Then, I saw the piles of my hair. She said I looked beautiful. Luckily, I have a lot of hair and it was the back.
From all of the pics I've seen (& every kid does it, so I've seen a lot of them!), I think you've got a best case scenario for the results! They both look adorable!
My friends little girl chopped her bangs about 1/2" from the scalp...the day before she was a flower girl in her aunt's wedding! Oh, and the bride was a Bridezilla...everything perfect, $$$$$ downtown major city wedding! There was NO fixing that one! I'm pretty sure my friend went through a LOT of wine before telling her sister!
I guess shorter hair us easier to get lice out of for the next time.
H. I can't really blame him though, because Alex has been feeling crappy and is extremely fussy. The girls were supposedly coloring.
I know it's just hair, I'm not upset anymore. But after the weekend of everyone being sick and all, I just wanted to cry when I saw that. The funniest part is they also hid the hair and they thought nobody would notice. lol
I'm sorry but this made me laugh. I cut a huge chunk of my brother's hair right in the front when I was about six or seven, we hid behind a chair in the corner of the living room and my mom came to check on us when it was too quite. Their haircuts look very cute!
Thanks guys. The worst is that I can tell Sophia is upset, but she is putting on a brave happy face. She is so vain about her hair, and would spend hours brushing it and would get super upset if it was curling or not sitting smooth enough. Ugh. She told me she hates it, and then when Anna asked she said "I was joking, I love it, hehehe" with a fake happy face. lol
ETA: we made a big deal about how pretty she looks and how we love her hair, to make her feel better.
