Awesome work! Two weeks ago I lost my fitbit. I swore I had put it on my pajama bottoms as soon as I woke up, so that it counted my steps as I took the dog out and got ready that morning. I know I forgot to take it with me to work when I changed that morning, but I haven't seen it anywhere since. I need to bite the bullet and buy a new one, since I have a healthier mindset with food choices as well when I wear it.
This is amazing and inspirational! Thank you, I needed to see something like this today. Especially with regards to it being your old fashioned eat properly and exercise. You've done an amazing job to loose so much in 3 months time. Keep up the amazing work and thanks for being an inspiration!
I've got a fit bit and just got an elliptical for the remainder of this winter that won't end. I've only had a goal of 5k steps in a day (You've gotta start somewhere) but now with this post. I think it's time to double that Thanks again!
