Congratulations! Those are awesome results! I can handle the increased walking, but what kind of meals are you doing? I really get stuck on the balanced diet part- I've always been a grazer...

This is amazing and inspirational! Thank you, I needed to see something like this today. Especially with regards to it being your old fashioned eat properly and exercise. You've done an amazing job to loose so much in 3 months time. Keep up the amazing work and thanks for being an inspiration!
I've got a fit bit and just got an elliptical for the remainder of this winter that won't end. I've only had a goal of 5k steps in a day (You've gotta start somewhere) but now with this post. I think it's time to double that Thanks again!
I started there too and increased to 10 k. I have my routine now, and probably need to up it more. I can feel that it isn't a big deal anymore, other then squeezing in time wise. I like that the fitbit can be used at your own pace. 10 k around the board is not necessary, but it's about improving what each individual does on a daily basis. You are doing great!

Thank you! This is going to be boring for most, but I'm a boring eater lol. Every morning I make a GIANT green smoothie It is always some variation of spinach or kale with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, pineapple, banana, water, a splash of sugar free apple juice and chia or flax seeds. I drink this throughout the day. I also bring a granola bar, veggies, and maybe a banana or cuties. I have two cups of coffee or tea in the am too.
I have whatever I want for dinner (by whatever I mean I must cook) lol. Garlic Parmesan roasted chicken thighs, baked chicken breasts, chicken with salsa, tacos, beef and broccoli, shrimp and veggie stir fry, oven "fried" pork chops, parm crusted tilapia, lasagna, and meatloaf are in my regular rotation. I have veggies and applesauce as sides a lot. I have brown rice with the stir fry and beef and broccoli. I will bake tator tots sometimes because I'm fancy, but just the serving size.
I munch on lots of fruit, cuties are my current fav. During the day, if I have a snack I might have carrots, cuties, and a few graham crackers.
I know this isn't for everyone, but it works for me. I'm super picky and hate sandwiches and most "normal" lunch and breakfast foods. I love just being able to drink it. My body craves it and I find it very filling.
I drink tons of water, at least 120 oz a day at minimum.

On weekends i have oatmeal and fruit for breakfast, and similar lunch and dinners. Baked chicken and veggies or whatever. I do eat more on the weekends, but i have more time to cook.

Thanks! That food sounds very good and very do-able, - nothing too fancy.
I do eat a lot of fruit and veggies during the day, but I have never been a "dinner" eater. I guess I need to work on that! Congrats again!!
