Same, but I know realistically I'm only losing a pound a week which isn't enough.
I hear ya there. Last time I was able to squeak by with an extra .5lb than I needed. This time I'd need about 1.5lbs per week, which I think is doable with my workout program and eating plan, but I am still a little worried.
Signed up! I should have done one for March, because I lost a decent amount over 4% pretty easily. Definitely on board with continuing the downward trend.
