My goal this month is 42 miles, based on running every other day, 3 miles. I can't seem to build up endurance at all, although according to Runtastic, I made it down to a 12:34/mile from 14+ last night. Three miles seems to be my limit, I'm usually ready to fall over by the time I'm done.
I don't know if I'll make the goal, I feel like I'm getting shin splints, but we'll see.
I'm hoping at least my minimum for my 2000 miles. That's 167 miles. It's getting hot here and I'm worried about my mileage so when I can I'm hoping to get more in. If I can go over my minumum, I'd love it!
I think I am going to aim for 40 miles in April. I did 39 in March, and the weather was crap all month. Hoping April will be beautiful and 40 miles will all be outside!
