Thanks, guys!
It pays less than I make now, which means we'd really be scraping by until I move up, but she said there's some room for negotiation with the right candidate.

INTERVIEW UPDATE:
It went really well! It's exactly what I picture myself doing (although not at such low pay haha). She did say they don't have a set pay schedule, but they would be willing to reevaluate as soon as a month in, and definitely at three months. I basically emphasized that I really can't go lower than the top of their range. It's a really highly regarded tiny firm and seems like a really good working culture.
She said she needs someone immediately, but we all know they all say that She said she's interviewing four other people and will be following up will all of them regardless, so that's good.
I really do think it will be soon; she has a HUGE workload she needs help with. I told her I need to give two weeks but that I'd be willing to take a day or two of my WFH days to come in and start familiarizing myself, so hopefully that was a good thing.
Yay! Email thank you today, but not *too* soon. You want it to be evident that you put thought into your words. I've usually sent the email the evening of the interview, partially because I don't want to appear to be using my current employer's time to be job searching.

Ok, so I sent the Thank You email before some of your replied saying to wait, but oh well. I'm so bad at this stuff!
Anyways, interviewer just emailed me and said she plans to make a decision by tomorrow. I feel glad that at least I should know one way or the other and it won't ruin my Easter weekend!
