And when I'm done, I'm making myself a frozen margarita. Sipping it sowly, since yesterday I had a late night reading/reviewing documents and I've been off the entire day, exhausted.
I use roasted garlic tomato sauce for extra flavor, and sometimes substitute one of the cans of diced tomatoes with one of those cans of diced tomato/pepper combo. It makes a TON. I cook it in a large wok and the ingredients practically overflow until the cabbage cooks down a bit.
