My periods have always been very predictable and normal - four days, a little grouchy the day before, no pain, slightly upset stomach. I had a d&c at the end of January. My first period was a little heavier then normal. This period has been so weird. My emotions were amplified for days before and during. It has been much heavier and longer. It has also been painful and my stomach has been feeling funky all week.
I sneezed the morning of 6dpo and had a sharp stabbing pain on one side. It really hurt for a second. Then, when my period started, I had dull pain on that side when walking in the evening. I tried to run and had to stop because the pain got worse. Sometimes when I walked last week I felt a very dull pain on that side. I am near the end of the period and went for a run earlier today. No problems then. I took my dog for a walk this evening and had a dull sharp pain again. Ugh.
Google search says it could be an ovarian cyst or endo.
I don't have experience with a D&C, but after the surgery for my ectopic I found I was hyper sensitive in my pelvic area. I had random pains for a good 3-4 months afterwards. Definitely ask your doctor about it if you're worried though.
Thanks. I am thinking it is a cyst. I am still having a dull pain when I walk sometimes. I have a doctors appointment coming up (Next month if I can move it back) and can mention it then. If it comes back or is still there.
