Could you add me? I've been doing the workouts but need food ideas
I've never really stuck to the food portion but I have enjoyed the workouts. The food component just seemed very restricting (i.e., not enough wine!). I did a lot of Jillian Michaels workouts before and this is similar but a good shake up to my normal routine.

I just started the 21 day fix day before yesterday… I didn’t modify (I probably should have). My legs feel like jello. They are honestly so sore that it hurts to stand up and sit down. I didn’t do the exercise yesterday because I was so achy. I’m looking for any advice. Is this normal for just getting started? I think the 21 day fix is fantastic and I really want to do well with it. It obviously really works to engage the muscles so I don’t want to get disheartened… Any thoughts?
So, weird that this 7 month old thread was bumped, but yes, what you are experiencing is normal. I started last Sunday and for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, I could not walk right, could hardly sit down and stairs were laughable. Keep going though! Your muscles we not used to the activity and just need to adjust. I'm a week and a half in now and while my legs do have a very small amount of soreness, it's completely fine. The movement from the other visors will help to work out the soreness. Those surrenders from the first video killed me, but it was a lot better the second week. And I've lost almost 10 pounds!
My thoughts is if you could fix me in 21 days ... my life would be prefect.
I don't fall for scams like this. I have been working on for months now and just recently started to have a figure again. Simple fix is eat better and exercise. The end.
