I went to the gym and Monday morning and this morning. I actually like getting up and going to the gym, BUT, I don't like the foam rolling and stretching! I really need to start focusing on that part.
Last Thursday and the Thursday before I did this crazy class with RG and two of his friends. You wear a heart rate monitor and can track which zone you're in on a big screen in the room. It was intense and I didn't love it, but would be willing to do it once a week if it didn't cost so much.
I've also been packing lunches this week. Yesterday I packed one apple with PB, today it's two. I could eat that combo all day.
I went to my doctor on Friday and I'm down 4 lbs in about a month!
I've been working our fairly regularly, but nothing has really changed. This has cued a frustration-fueled pig-out session today :/ I really need to go see a doctor. Everything just feels off. I'm sweaty when I shouldn't be, shaky whether I've eaten or not, insanely thirsty and bloated from all the water I'm drinking, and I just generally feel like crap. It might be that I'm just expecting immediate results when I need to be patient, but something feels wrong.

Those do sound like reasons to go see a doctor. I hope you're able to get in soon and get some answers.

They need to do bloodwork. Sounds like something is off.
bullygirl979 and tiramisu - I'm planning to ask them to check thyroid levels, but other than that I'm not sure what to ask for. I'm keeping a list of my symptoms, but do you have any suggestions for other tests I might need to ask for?

Fasting blood glucose. The extreme thirst makes me think of diabetes, but I don't know enough to really know for sure. I'd start with telling them all of your symptoms and asking what they suggest.

I was pretty good about exercising last week...about 6 hours of dance and 1 of yoga. I've had to take it easy, though, to try to let my pulled muscle and bum shoulder heal, so it's not as intense as usual. I ate and drank a LOT over the weekend, as we were celebrating our anniversary and Easter. I'm trying to get back to being good this week, although the candy in my desk drawer is not being very helpful with that....
Toward the end of last week, both the scale and the measuring tape were almost to my goal, but post-weekend, I seem to be back up 1/2" and several lbs. Hoping it's just water weight/bloat/something flukey....

I am trying to join in on this... I've started walking while ds has t ball practice. And I bought myself some new running shoes. It's about time to start up the couch to 5K program again. I really want to do a run in August.
I walked a lot and hit up 4 yoga classes last week. I haven't been eating super great because I've been stressed with all the changes going on in my life. Home buying is stressful.
I have been lazy this week and have bailed on two of my yoga classes. I will however get my lazy but up and go tomorrow morning and maybe tomorrow after work. I try to get 3-4 classes in a week.
I'm not exercising, so that's not good. My bike needs a workout and so do I. I live by one of the most beautiful parks/zoos ever, time to explore the bike trail.
The food plan is going great, though. I would love to pig out on pizza right now but what can you do.
