Whelp, my house went on the market yesterday. Realtor got 3 calls within 15 minutes of listing. 3 showings last night; at least one showing today. #trustincarl, motzie.

I'm excited for my mini-vacation! I am trying to decide if I want to visit some caverns while I'm there or wait till my family goes next year (caverns are our thing so they were happy to hear I found more nearby ones). One of these years Ill get to Mammoth Cave. It's on my bucket list, along with Ireland, several renfaires, Disneyworld, and the Harry Potter park

I am VERY much looking forward to the weekend!
Wow! You haven't put an offer in, have you?
We haven't even started house hunting, lol. I want to get an offer in on my house so when we find one, we can make a non-contingent offer. The market up here is really tight right now!
And motzie, I'm hoping! 3 other houses right around me went on the market within the last 3 weeks and all went under contract in less than 5 days. Carl went to the top of the range he was thinking so it make take a little longer to sell mine.
I told pinkplasticdoll this already, but I've lost about 6 pounds since starting BC pills a month and a half ago. I'm pretty stoked to be more on an even keel with my emotions and to start getting back into my old clothes again. Hooray!
I went to the doctor yesterday to have some blood work done. She ordered a bunch of different tests based on my symptoms, but she also suggested that I might have sleep apnea. I knew that sleep apnea leaves people fatigued, but I had no idea it could cause metabolic changes and sweating. I'm really looking forward to getting some answers!
I'm so glad it's Friday! I'm still laying in bed, about to get up. They're coming to replace the pipes under my kitchen sink because they're still leaking even after the repair/patch job was done earlier this week.
My weekend is going to be crazy busy but hopefully good. Tonight is a birthday celebration for a friend. Tomorrow morning is a hike, then a massage, then the fundraiser for my friend's play company, then another friend's birthday celebration. Sunday I have no plans except to recover. ETA: This weekend RG will be meeting a bunch of my friends/coworkers. Should be interesting!
I told DS#1 to pick out a dvd to bring to stbxmil's and he said "Are we coming back to your house tonight?". He asks me every weekend. He'll be sad when the schedule changes again (it's not changing anytime soon, but it will in the future).
captainmel, if I were to buy dress #2 from my post yesterday (partiallysunny, I'm not buying it yet), what shoes/accessories should I get to go with it? It'll be mid-late June, so warm and possible rainy. I will want to be able to walk in the shoes if we go out after. Figure $50-75 for shoes & accessories.
I didn't want you to yell at me again. My office is loud enough as it is (the construction workers set off the fire alarm and now they're making my questionable window rattle).
Sunday is going to be a pretty busy day. I'm going to BFF's baby shower, and then I have to go directly to the IL's for an Easter celebration. I already know I'm going to be tired on Monday.

I did and thank you (I also didn't buy the shoes I mentioned in fuckstick's thread, I liked them but not enough) I'm waiting on buying this dress though. I probably won't get it until next month (when I no longer have to pay tuition for DD's school and my state refund comes in), but I want to make sure I've budgeted/saved enough for everything.

I just wanted to point out I don't care what you spend your money on and wouldn't have said 'boo' if you hadn't mentioned your dress shopping addiction and wanting to be stopped.
I know you're not and I appreciate what you're doing. I lurve you for it.
I just realized that I've bought a lot of dresses lately. I'll wear them all but it's been a very long time since I've bought that many. It freaked me out a bit. My sister made me feel better though, she bought 6 dresses in 2 days--at least I'm not that bad.
