F#CKING AWESOME! Not to get into the details, but I had my big presentation on Saturday that is meant to be the last step in a looooonnnggg journey with my fitness career. I NAILED IT! I had some hiccups a while back in my first presentation, so this was kind of my second (and last) chance to prove that I could do it. I should get the official word sometime this week.
Friday - did nothing but study, practice, and review for my presentation. Saturday - presented for 9 hours, then crashed. Sunday - Got up early for a training at the studio, then ran some errands. It was beautiful out, so we cleaned off our back patio and sat in the sun for a while with Cheech (our old kitty). We watched GOT's and Mad Men, then headed off to bed.
Friday I went out with T for margaritas and Mexican food, then we stayed at his place.
Saturday I went home mid-morning, lay around on the couch for a few hours, then met my friend for dinner at our favorite neighborhood place.
Sunday was gorgeous! I loaded up an iced coffee with Baileys and Kahlua and went for a pedicure. Then I went shopping on 86th St and got 2 pairs of shoes, 2 bras, and a new pair sunglasses, and got my eyebrows threaded. I went home and ate lunch, then went and bought one of these, because I really am an old lady at heart:
Went grocery shopping, obviously, then made a big batch of spicy turkey burgers and froze most of them. I also prepped the ingredients for the black bean chicken soup currently in my crockpot (half of which will also end up in my freezer).

1) you and "T" seem to be spending a decent amount of time together. 2) I also have an old lady cart 3) I wish I had that iced coffee and new bras.

Friday I dropped the kids off. Dinner with a friend and hung out for a while.
Saturday had a lunch with a new guy that didn't go very well. Saturday went out to dinner with a new guy, then the club, spent the night and he made breakfast.
Sunday lounged around the house with the dogs for a few hours then did a late lunch with another new friend. Met a different friend at Costco. Went to get the kids. Had dinner with my mom before driving back home.

Just Friday nights - it's perfect! Although he'll be away this weekend so we're going out on Thursday.
I'm a little bit worried that when he's done with the exam he's studying for (it's at the beginning of June), he's going to want more attention than I want to give him. hahaha We'll see what happens.

If I know you like I think I do, you will have no problem setting down the boundaries!

Friday night was BORING. Jay wanted to watch the Red Sox Yankees game and then we would pop in a movie or something. Umm, no. The game was 19 friggen innings long, lasted until 2 something in the AM and luckily after all that they at least won. I ended up coloring one of those velvet coloring things. So I at least was entertained.
Saturday we ran errands and then that night my sister and 2 nieces came over to help me roll the stuffed grape leaves. After they left jay and I went out to dinner, came home and got it on, then watched the finale to Bette to Saul.
Sunday we went to my moms for Greekster. It was so much fun. The weather was amazing and thank good because there were SO many kids there!
