My mom told me to buy some to make kale to make these muffins that she made in a cooking class, but she didn't mention I would need cottage cheese, which I don't have. And I'm not going back to the store...

Our grocery store makes a salad with raw kale, shredded carrots, sunflower seeds, craisins, & some oil based dressing. Can't recall what else is in it. Pretty tasty & DS loves it.

I love kale chips and they shrink down, so that's a no brainer for me. When my greens aren't going to last, I'll blend them with enough water to make cubes for later smoothies.
I really love to stir fry kale with dark soy, a little sugar, and a ton or garlic. if you like Pad See Ew, you'll love it.
Definitely team no kale chips. I love kale salads - they need to be dressed way ahead of time and chop up the kale pretty small and massage. I like asian inspired kale salads with creamy soy sauce dressing or lemony dressings.
