Because what's better than spending other people's money? I need a sideboard/buffet table in black. Bigger is better, but so is cheaper. Ideally I want to spend under $500. I don't really want the hutch top piece. Storage is the goal here.
Ummm, you find something good, you let me know. I've been looking for the exact same thing the past few weeks and come up empty handed. New plan is to find something quirky/cheap on craigslist or a thrift store and paint it black.
The black one is on sale for $630. A bit over your price.
I like this! I checked to see if I had a coupon code in my email that could help make this happen, and sure enough, I had 20% off that expired at midnight, ugh.

Oh, West Elm has pretty decent customer service. You can try to call and see if they will honor it. They honored a mistagged lamp price for us. I think it saved us $150 (on two lamps and shades).

True! hamster, if you like this one as much as we do (lol), and think it's worth a shot, let me know, I'll PM you.
Haha, I like it, and it would look great, just not in my house. Our stuff tends to err towards rustic and cabiny. Not that I want a rustic sideboard per se, but I think something that modern would look totally out of place.
But the size and storage amounts is totally what I'm looking for! We filled up our entire kitchen and have no room for food, lol.
