I know, I know. I basically ask for a doctor recommendation every other week. But I've been seeing people in the South End and it just isn't working for me. I've decided it would be easier for me to find doctors by my work / C's daycare, and that way I can drop her off, go to my appointment, and then go to work, as opposed to having to coordinate pick-ups / drop-offs with the hubs so I can see doctors in the South End / West Seattle.
So, I need a dentist, an eye doctor, a primary care physician, and an OBGYN in North Seattle. Recommend away!

I will ask my H who works in the med division of your work if there is anyone he gets a lot of praise for.
I have never been to this dentist. However, I commute in pretty early and can see that they have patients early in the morning. I don't know if early morning appointments would be a + for you. But I think it's Dr. Ernest Barrett and it's on the corner of 11th ave NE and NE 45th St.

I do love my dentist, Dr. Brian Etscheid, though! He's in Magnolia, so not sure if that's a direction you want to go, but I'll pretty much follow him anywhere.
Oh and I go to University Vision on the Ave and see Dr. Mark Hovander - been going there a long time and like him and the staff (I'm not crazy about the guy who does their glasses though).

We loved our dentist in Ballard, Dr. Craig Anderson. Unfortunately he is retiring so I can't speak to the person who is taking over his practice. We would stay with the new person but my new dental insurance doesn't cover him.
For primary care I go to Dr. Joelle Bautista at the Ballard Polyclinic and really like her. I've been going to her for about 3 years since my last doctor retired. She does my annual exam, pap, etc.
And I LOVE my eye doctor in Ballard. Dr. Mark Balter at Northwest Vision Clinic on the corner of 22nd and Market.
Let me know if you want any more details about any of them.

No recs on dentist/optometrist. I work at UW and do all my care at the campus clinic for convenience's sake; if that's close to your daycare, I recommend Dr. Elizabeth Micks for OB/GYN. She rotates across various UWMC clinics, so you can check and see if she rotates through the UWMC neighborhood clinic most convenient for you. My PCP is an ARNP at the campus clinic, and while she's nice, I haven't had enough interaction with her to really recommend her or the location.
Good luck, this stuff is a pain in the butt. (<< hasn't seen a dentist for a year because she finds this stuff to be such a pain in the butt...)
Not sure how the distance will work for you, but my recs are:
OBBYN - Dr. Akiko Kurachi now at Polyclinic, but I believe rotates. Several friends see Dr. Emily Nordlund in the same practice and highly rec her as well.
Eye Doc - Dr. John Dubicki in QA. Amazing and great hours.
PCP - Dr. Amy Deans at Swedish Ballard
Dentist - Dr. Darrel Jensen in QA. Several of my friends rec. Dr. Beede but he is downtown.
