I stopped using mine because it had SO many false alarms. Like multiple per night. Ruby moves around a lot and often ends up squished in the corner and it wouldn't pick it up even on the highest sensitivity. I've been feeling paranoid without it though recently, especially after the sudden death of our nanny.
Deep breaths. Nothing is going to happen, with or without the monitor. SIDS is extremely rare.

You can do it!
We used the Snuza on Jack until he was 2. It was so hard the first few nights without it. I checked on him a few times. Once you get past the first night or two you will relax.
Mine was doing this but the alarm was on the parent unit. Is yours just the parent unit? I had to reconnect the parent submit and the nursery unit . Then it stopped. It was driving me crazy.!
