Did I miss this?
5 yr old DD woke up crying last night and I found her in her room half dressed in clothes. She woke up and apparently thought it was a week day and time to get dressed and got confused.
We took care of her, but I may have asked her a few times if in her dream, did she go to public school (Girls Just Want to Have Fun reference.)
There is a family fair going on today and I would love to go, but I'm not sure I want to wrangle 3 kids by myself, lol. I mean, the baby's easy. I could just wear him and then deal with the other two. Actually, it's really just theo I have to worry about, but there's going to be a bouncy house and zumba for the kids, so maybe he'll get all tired out and then I can do my stall shopping in peace. Maybe.
I need to turn the tv off. Based on my viewing the past few days I want the gadget that "easily" makes 40 water balloons at a time and Crepe Erase. DS2 wants the balloon thing and some sort of glow and the dark bow and arrow.

Do it! My kids are unreasonably good in situations like this. I basically bribe them with rides and food and threaten them within an inch of their life that bad behavior will make it all disappear. I would bring the double stroller, do all the kids stuff, pop them in the stroller with a snack and then shop while they zoned out. Now my older one is too old to get zoned out so it doesn't work
This morning I was "that mom" - we were at the bagel store and getting ready to leave. As I was refilling my drink DS ran away and behind the counter. There was a dad standing there with his perfectly well behaved son just staring at us like "control your child, lady." I have never felt so small.

Also I am hosting 2 parties today. 5 year old friend party, then the family party. Nobody has asked to bring a sibling, but we are under the number cap so we are good if someone does.

I think I'm going to give it a shot. We can always go home if anyone starts acting crazy, haha.

I love ON favorite tee. It fits so well not only size but length. I just hate having to order them online to get petite length. But I swear I own every short sleeve, long sleeve and tank color in the favorite tee.

We left to go to the store and fill my car up with gas. We didn't make it to the gas station before it was raining so hard I had to pull over. We got gas and turned around just in time. The tornado sirens were blaring and the radio was going nuts. Now we are home packing to move.
I caught ds's cold so no major plans for us. I need to go to the grocery store at some point today but I probably won't do that until ds goes down for his nap.

I do not understand anything about this Lilly Target stuff, like at all. It's just clothing right? What's so special about it? Why can't people wait to buy it tomorrow? Why does it look like the curtain outfits from the Sound of Music?
DH thinks last night was worse than the night before, but I think he's crazy. Also, he gets to lay there and doze while I deal with the baby, so I don't think his opinion counts for much with me right now.
My poor kid is so damn gassy. He was screaming his head off last night because he needed to fart/poop. It was so awful. I wanted to cry for him.

My kid was also gassy. Someone on MMM gave me this technique to sit him on my lap, circle his torso to the left, then front to back, then circle to the right, front to back and then burp. It worked well, better than just burping. Also, any time DH put him in the Becco he burped. LOL

Circle his torso with my hand? Or twist him? Explain yourself!
I have such a hard time getting him to burp. It just doesn't work.
