After this weekend's shopping extravaganza with MIL, I wound up with 3 maxis dresses and a maxi skirt. As I have never owned this type of clothing before (omg, why did I wait this long.. so comfy!) I'm unsure how to store it. Normally I just hang all my dresses/skirts in the closet, but because the maxi ones are more of a jersey/t-shirt type material I feel like I should fold them and put them in a drawer. I'm only 5'4 and they fit perfectly with flats right now and I don't want them to stretch out too much. So, drawer - right?
I hang mine, but they're almost always too short (I'm 5'10") so I'm not worried about stretching. But jersey wrinkles when I store it in the drawer, so I hang.
I hang everything, and use skirt hangers to hang the maxi skirts. Almost all of them are the jersey cotton material and I've never noticed changes in shape.
I don't have a lot of closet space, so that is reserved for delicate/non casual clothing. I fold the maxi skirts and put them in the drawer. I haven't noticed too much wrinkling. Even if they were pretty bad, it usually smooths out during the day.
I love my maxi skirts, I have a feeling I am going to be living in them .

I have like 5 of the same maxi dresses in different colors (angel)

I seriously don't know why I waited until pregnancy (and even this far into pregnancy) to get some. So so so comfortable.
I hang mine, but folded over the hanger, not hanging from the straps/shoulders (dresses) or waist (skirts). So draped over. I haven't had any issues but hanging from the straps on a dress makes me nervous because it's a lot of weight and very stretchy fabric.
