I did great over the weekend, boot camp and a long bike ride. Still really sore from that, so tonight was a hot detox yoga. Tomorrow I might do another boot camp or just cardio. Wed will be Disney and Thur and Fri will probably not have time for a workout. I have to get a long ride in on Sunday again.
I have been doing pretty well with eating healthy. I just can't seem to get my weight loss jump started. The good news is that I have gained. I have physical therapy 2 x this week so hopefully that will help. Plus, on Saturday, I wheeled myself all dayyyy up ramps included!
I have a short term goal of 5 lbs and a long term of 35-40ish.
