That threat from Dorne is not sitting right. Myrcella and Cersei aren't the only ones who had that necklace. Sansa got one from Joffrey and Ros had one from Tyrion. Remember, that's how Cersei got hold of Ros thinking it was shae?

Yeah, something about that was bugging me. More because I didn't feel like it added up with the scene in Dorne. I don't think Ellaria (I'm going to have an Ellaria/Arianne problem with the show) would have been able to get the pendant from Myrcella and I don't think Doran would be broadcasting his intentions like that so who would have sent it?
I was kind of wondering if Cersei set it up to get Jamie to do her bidding and go get Marcella.
I haven't read the books up to what we're watching, but maybe she wanted him out of the way? She seems to be trying to be hand of the king without the actual appointment.

I haven't read the books either. Until this thread I didn't really take it as much more than a threat from Dorne (rookie mistake). However, when watching I did wonder if Cersei just set the whole thing up so that Jamie would go get her daughter back. She does strike me as someone who is "fuck war and the realm bring me my baby."
Also, I am kind of surprised at how open Cersei has been about her children's father. Once she told Tyrion it kind of opened the flood gates for not caring who knows. Again, I haven't read the books but it does seem, maybe foretelling, as the number one sibling lovers, the Targaryens had a rough end on the Iron Throne.
