Cheapest 250k 4 bed, 3.5 bath, 3670 sq ft (This one surprised me because there is a lot of cheaper real estate in my town, I guess just none of it is for sale now. My neighbor just went under contract at 145k on a 1960s 3/2.
Most expensive Highest in my zip code is 1.9 million, 5 bed, 5 bath, 2880 sq ft. It's less than .5 from me but it has this view. (incidentally, this is the only photo in the listing.)
The highest in my town is 8.5 million. 11 bed/13 bath/17k sq ft/7.5 acres
I'll just ditto, since the lowest is just a few blocks away from me. DH and I actually looked at a unit in that building a few years ago. Lol.
Well hello then neighbor! Will your oldest go to the neighborhood elementary next year? We have two kids there - K and 3rd.
Howdy! No, they won't. I teach at an independent PK-8, so they'll go with me. To be honest, I'm kind of bummed about it because I really want the kids to have neighborhood friends. But with our neighborhood elementary starting at 9:30, it just doesn't make sense with our schedules, or financially (having to pay for before AND after school care).

I hear you - the 9:30am start time is ridiculous. H and I are lucky and both have flexible schedules so we make it work without before school care. They're actually having some sort of forum tonight at the middle school to discuss flipping the bell times between elementary, middle, and high school.

The highest is $997k. 3 beds· 3.5 baths· 4,310 sqft
But this is a more typical style of the area - that expensive one is an anomaly. It's a Victorian neighborhood. This one is $775k and 5 beds· 3.5 baths· 6,432 sqft
The lowest is this...
$25k Auction - foreclosure, 3 beds· 1 bath· 1,344 sqft. I'm guessing the $25k is just starting b/c houses nearby are going for $200k and a vacant lot nearby is going for $95k.
The next lowest is $110k, but it's an apartment (1 bed· 1 bath· 640 sqft)
The most expensive listing in my entire county is Lynnewood Hall, which is listed at $17.5 million but needs more than that in work. 55 bedrooms. If I won one of those half billion powerball lotteries, I could make the world's greatest B&B!
according to realtor.com in my zip code the lowest is 215,000, 1bed, 1 bath, 694 sq ft condo and the highest is 4.988 million, 5bed, 5 full & 1 half bath, 6162 sq ft, 10 acres
ETA: and the highest is such a secret that its address is "undisclosed road," which makes me wonder who lives there
Lowest: $129,900 (on market for 5 days - this will sell fairly quickly, I'm sure)
(It's a corner lot, so nice and big, but it's right off of a fairly busy main street.)
(Original kitchen anyone?)
(This is actually scaring me lol.)
This house has a sold sign on it lol. 8 days on the market. Trust me, it's not this hot all over my area, we will sell our old house for a loss and maybe not quickly at all. My lowest house has a sold sign on it now lol.
$2,497,770: 5 beds, 7.5 baths, 10k sq. ft., 4 car garage. The pictures are kind of lame, and there are none of the inside. No wonder it's been on the market for a long time. PASS.
$1,550,000: Next most baller, and more interesting to look at. 5 beds, 5.5 baths, 4800 sf, 3 car garage. NMS, but way more appealing.
