Does anyone have an idea for Mother's Day gifts that aren't flowers? I hate running out the morning of Mother's Day and picking through overpriced flowers. We go to Mother's Day brunch with 8 moms of all ages 31-94 (including me) and everyone gets gifts for everyone else. I tried chocolates last year but I'd like something more thoughtful this year. I'm looking to spend as little as possible and definitely less than $20 per gift. TIA!
Handmade soap Makeup bag Lip balm Body scrub A little bowl to hold rings A moleskin notebook Go to a place like Charming Charlies and pick out a necklace for each of them in their own color.
You can not get an identical thoughtful gift for 7 women aged 31-94. Thoughtful is the opposite of identical.
Good point! ha While reading the great ideas on here, I was actually just thinking that.
LOL, I was thinking I might have put that too bluntly. You can pick something more creative, but I think the best thing is to just pick something you really like ("my favorite things" style) and roll with it.
