Is anyone doing this? I am almost done with week 3. The workouts are hard but I feel so good when I am done! I've lost a few pounds and am definitely less bloated so I'm happy about that. I saw one person on IG say weeks 4-8 were the worst for her and she didn't really see results until after that. Obviously I know it's still too early for me to see any real results, but I'm so impatient, lol. When did you start noticing changes?
I'm just finishing week 5. I haven't lost any weight, but I do see a change in my legs. My stomach feels a lot stronger, but there's still so much stretchy skin on top that you can't really tell. Womp womp.
I do enjoy the workouts though! They don't take long but they're really challenging.
So if someone wanted to try this program after pregnancy - any random copies floating around the Internet?
I didn't pay for it because I wasn't sure if I really wanted to commit, but I've found all the workouts on Pinterest. I don't have her nutrition guide, I'm just eating healthy. I'm also still nursing so I'm trying to maintain that at the same time. So far so good!
I'm on week 3 but just realized I have been doing the program wrong. I was doing one set of the exercises listed instead of 7 minutes of each circuit x2.
I like it so far. I'm sure it will be tougher now that I will actually be doing it correctly. I;m hoping the squats and lunges help my knees for the races and half marathons I'm training for.

I'm starting week 11 today and it's going well. I'm not doing her nutrition guide, just eating healthy. I've only lost 2 lbs since I started, but lost inches and gained muscle. I'm also breastfeeding so I feel like I won't really see more results until I wean. I feel a lot stronger now and can do the exercises without having to modify, which is a big change from when I started! In the beginning I didn't set the timer at all and just did each circuit twice, but now I set it and do as much as I can in the 7 minutes. Sometimes I can do two circuits in the 7 minutes and sometimes I can barely finish one. I think it definitely makes a difference because it's pretty brutal!
Definitely take progress pictures because there were weeks I felt so discouraged that I wasn't seeing changes, but this morning I did a side by side of my first week and now and it's pretty significant. Good luck!
i hven't tried BBG, but you're talking about two-feet jumps *onto* (not into) a bench or other raised surface? right?
if so, that alone is the reason i stopped working out with my trainer. and also the reason i quit my boot camp class. i'm pretty much up for anything, but these? no thanks..
No, those are scary enough, but I can do them after much hemming and hawing.
I'm talking about standing in between two parallel benches and leaping up and landing with a foot on each of them.

NAW.
And lol at my unintended "into" typo. TRUTH.
luckily there's only one bench in the area I workout so I just use that. I'd surely bust my ass if I tried to do 15 of the double bench jumps!
