Bbot has woken up at 4:45 am on the dot almost everyday this week, soaked in pee. He's only 23 months, potty training isn't really in sight. Are those pull up/trainers bigger and more absorbent? I didn't see any size 7 overnights anywhere
Have you tried other brands? I've heard of some people doubling up, one forward, one backwards. I know they make overnight solutions for older kids, too, but I don't know if they absorb as well.
Is he a heavy sleeper? Any chance you could change his diaper before you go to bed? What about increasing fluids at other times of the day and cutting down at dinner/evening?

Are the diapers completely saturated? We put a diaper cover over ours and that seems to help. I would try another brand first and see if that changes anything.
Any chance of him peeing on the potty before bed? DD1 did this for months before we got close to actually potty training. She was soaking through all the time so we gave it a shot. Pink M&Ms were a good motivator. We read a lot of books while we waited at the beginning.

Diaper doublers inside a Huggies size 6 overnite worked pretty well for us for awhile. Now he's soaked through those as well, plus he messes with the diaper and pulls it so it rips off in the front so we're trying a diaper with a Good Nite pull up over the top on the recommendation of another poster here. It's our first night trying it so we'll see how it goes.
DS outgrew Huggies Overnights (size 6 is as high as they go) around age 2. We switched to GoodNites. He's still wearing them at age 3 (we haven't PTed yet). GoodNites are available at every grocery store here in VA, I don't have to use amazon or anything. I like that they function just like slip-on diapers, so they're easy for my parents to use. No extra steps like a diaper cover or anything.
That defeats the purpose for me of wanting to NOT have to wake up and deal with the problem Also, I doubt it.
You must go to bed a few hours after he does? Definitely give it a try.
Pull-ups has an overnight line in large sizes, similar to Under Jams.
It's so dumb, overnight pull-ups come in size 2T-3T but NOT 4T-5T. That makes no sense! Kids usually potty train overnight last, so wouldn't it make sense to have nighttime pull-ups in BIGGER sizes, not smaller?!
