Very frequently. This is why we can't have nice things. It pisses DH off and I have been banned from using pretty much anything of his tech gadgets (phone, tablets, computer), because I "don't treat them well."
We just bought a bunch of stemless wine glasses because I broke most of our nice wine glasses. I manage to break almost everything, and trip on totally flat surfaces.
My husband broke our bedroom light today. He's tall and accidentally punched it while stretching. Frustrating because he's always doing stuff like that. He's all gangly and throwing his limbs around.
I break things so frequently even my coworkers call it "pulling a Lisa". I've been through three computers in the last 1.5 - 2 years, I've had two new phones in the last year and my last/current phone has a shattered screen from when I fell while running. I also broke my coworker's door by trying to shut and lock it for a meeting. And another time I needed to use a coworker's computer to print something and once I was their computer froze and had to do a hard shut down. I'm like a walking disaster.
Surprisingly, not very often. My reptilian brain is pretty good. I make some amazing saves. I've had some spectacular crashes, too, but I've been known to catch a wet bar of soap while having drunk sex in the shower without missing a beat.

Rarely though Dh and dd do break dishes/glasses quite often. I broke a jar of coconut oil in dd's bathroom yesterday but she left it on the back of the toilet. Her cat however is hell bent on breaking every ceramic decoration I own. He's a bit of an asshole and good thing he is crazy cute.
