It was about 95 degrees out with crazy high humidity the day we came home. He was in full sleeve shirt and pants, socks and a hat. Lol. First time mom.
It was only April here and she still only wore a onesie home, with socks, no hat though, we just put a blanket in the bucket seat. She was outside for 15 seconds, car to door.
When we were discharged from the hospital it was pushing 100 degrees and there was a hurricane about to make landfall - he wore the first thing I grabbed lol. It was a onesie/pants outfit. I ended up taking off the pants once we were in the car. I had envisioned a cute cotton sleeper/hat outfit, but whatever.

B was born during 90+ degree weather and wore a onesie home, tucked with an A&A blanket. It was 80ish when T came home and he came home in a cotton sleeper and that was too warm, both of my kids run warm.
short sleeved onesies. Charming has always hated long sleeves, and will not sleep with socks on. He'd cry if I put them on while he slept. We kept it cool but not cold inside. He came home mid-August, in ATL.
