How much longer are you in the 2 bedroom? I will be honest. I would consider giving her your bedroom and sleeping on the couch. Then I would do CIO. I think she can smell you and she is not getting that distance to practice sleeping deeply.
Hang in there.
We're here until it sells, which is taking a while : /
H currently sleeps on the couch since we only have a double bed and when I bring her into bed with me there's really not enough room for him. He hasn't slept in our room in almost 2 months. I do like the idea of putting her in Ollie's room and letting Ollie camp out with us while we Ferber. I never thought of that.

H and I gave up our bedroom to DS1 when we lived in a (large) 1 bedroom and needed to sleep train him. We slept on an air mattress in the living room, lol. But it worked, he almost instantly started STTN once Ferber had a chance. 3 nights, maybe? I actually completely forgot that we did this! He slept SO much better, we were definitely keeping him up/waking him at night simply by being in the same room.

((hugs)). You have my deepest sympathies. C is 4 months old and slept horribly (up 3-6 times/night) for the better part of two months. I was at my wits end and thankfully was referred to a PP doula andshe saved my sanity with Ferber/CIO-like sleep training (intervals weren't as long since he's so young...this was 1.5 wks ago). It was a rough couple nights (bit nothing compared to the constant wakeups for the previous 9 nights) but now I feed at bedtime, dream feed, and no mire feedings til he wakes up fir the day at 7:30 (he goes to bed at 7:30, dream feed at 10). He wakes up 2x/night but self soothes back to sleep (rarely I go in and give the paci). He also naps 4 hrs/day with a 2 hr morning nap (compared to 4 20-40 min naps pre-training).
Hope the sleep specialist works! Also agree with PP...sleep somewhere else...they can smell you and will wake up more frequently if you are there. Praying things improve soon...sleep deprivation is seriously no joke.
