I've decided that 2t is a gimmick by the clothing companies. 3t is barely any longer or wider. I'm just buying 3t for E at this point. She's so tall.
Also DH and I are courting the two families that came to E's birthday. I put in our thank you's that we would love to do some play dates since its warming up and put my number. Please like us!
I am so design dumb. We finally got the dining room furniture set up and I love it so much! The room looks kind of empty without a bunch of boxes in it though. Not sure what to do since we don't need a buffet (there is a large pass through to the kitchen) ... maybe we will put bar stools by the pass through. And I have no idea what to do in our bedroom that doesn't cost one meeelion dollars.
I went out to get everything I needed for my hospital bag, including treats. No fucking way the bag of sea salt fudge was making it to the hospital. I blame all of you.
Seeing as though this is the second time around, I interpret every movement/cramp/BH contraction differently. This means I am constantly sure I am going into labour. Except I am not. Lol.
Tonight is GoT night! Love it. I should be actually packing my bags with the last things but instead I am in the bath.

DD was in 12-18 month pants today. Fit her perfectly length wise but they were HUGE in the waist. Unwearable (and yet I left her in them). In her CD they were ok but in disposables she looked like a rapper. It was hilarious.

You could do a console table instead of a buffet and just put some pretty stuff on it.

I'm ready to be done being pregnant. I had DS at 38 weeks so I'm really hoping this one's early. He's dropped, my bag is packed, let's get this show on the road.

I have been at this parenting thing for 15 months now. Yet, it took until 3 pm to be able to get out if the house to go to the grocery store, and as soon as I saw myself in the rear-view mirror, I realized I had not brushed my hair today. Omg, it's like I've got a newborn. I was all freaked when DS was a baby that it was going to be so hard once he was mobile, but it was truly nbd when he started walking 5-6 months ago. Climbing, you guys. Be afraid. THAT is the game-changer. Ugh,

DD came at 39w1d. I would be fine with 38w1d this time. Lol.

My college friend stopped by tonight. I haven't seen her in ages since she lives in TX now! It was so good to catch up.
C insisted that I redo his pedicure after bath because a few toes had worn off, LOL. That's my boy!
I just folded H's laundry (we bargain for this, I'm getting a 20 minute massage later) and he wore TWENTY FIVE shirts this week, not including the dress shirts he wears to work. I don't even know how that's possible.

I'm not at all sure that my husband even owns 25 shirts.
Speaking of clothes, WTH am I going to wear to this internal interview on Wednesday???

My dad is on a bluegrass band and had a concert tonight. We were there like 30 minutes and Nods randomly threw up so we left. She is acting fine. We think it may have just been nerves.
Now we are just having a casual night at home. I painted her toe nails for the first time. She looks so big.
I think we are back in full swing finally! I mowed the lawn, made dinner, took V's 20 month pictures (a week late but whatever), put away a bunch of laundry and got my bag o' work clothes packed for the week.
V knows the routine for getting his picture taken. Find a blanket, sit on it, smile at mommy. Except his "blanket" was two sleep sacks, and instead of sit he wanted to play nightnight.
So I think my eats are finally unclogged, but now I have horrible tinnitus. I really hope it goes away
I hope so too...but I developed it during pregnancy and it hasn't gone away
Ugh, that doesn't give me much hope. DH has had it since 2011, and obviously it hasn't gone away. It is really loud right now, so I hope it at least simmers down a bit. It is really making me anger. Tinnitus sucks and it is dumb that there is no treatment for it. Yours was just brought on by pregnancy? I wonder why? I assume my ear was damaged for this stupid cold.
@sessalee, her husband, and her sweet baby were spectating at the race I ran this morning! So I saw them during the race, got to hang out after, AND got to get me some baby snuggles...it was a good day
We got so much done today! We completely cleaned out and organized our garage. It looks so nice now and everything has a neat little place. While DH made dinner I took DD to the park 2 miles away. It was fun but man after a day of going non-stop I'm exhausted. Watching GoT now and then I might do a bath and bed.
@vicmo Did Bas like Cars? I've seen that movie approximately eleventy billion times because of SS.
C and I watched Monsters Inc today. It didn't occur to me before starting it that he might be scared...luckily he was totally fine. Moty!
He was sort of meh on it. Every so often he'd notice that there were cars onscreen (yes, they were there the whole time) but it didn't captivate him. He's not a huge TV watcher.
That's sort of how C is with most tv. He'll be entralled for five minutes and then totally over it and onto something else. Usually it's just long enough for me to slam through a shower.
