I really enjoyed this episode. Poor little Tammy will have to go to public school. In Greenwich. With the children of millionaires. How will she survive?

Or Trudy can move back to the city and then Tammy can go to an independent school there.

Didn't you hear, "the city is a toilet." Oh Pete, you have such a way with words. Stan said something that I thought was hilarious, but I've already forgotten it.
This was my favorite so far too. I was feeling all the feelings. When everyone but Joan had an account dangled in front of them, that sick feeling in the pit of your stomach. Poor Peggy's finally talking about her son, and how you never really let go, even though you have to to live your life.

It wasn't the home of millionaires back then!
ETA: just got to this part! I was thinking you meant the Village.

Yeah I heard that but I also heard Trudy say she didn't love Connecticut.
I just finished watching. Now we're getting somewhere! I can't wait to see what happens next, and how it all winds up. I'm a little nervous about how each character's story is going to conclude. I hope it's done in a way that I find satisfactory, lol.
I hope that was the last we hear from that waitress.
The scene at her former apartment made me wonder if Don is getting the idea to just disappear like that. He's going to be between apartments and between offices - it would be the perfect time to vanish.
I didn't like it, but it did move the stories forward. It was depressing. I'm glad though that their Hail Mary presentation to stay themselves didn't work. How many times are you going to be able to do that?
I think I audibly groaned when the message service said that the waitress had called. I'm just glad she never actually showed up on screen.
I've found this whole season to be ominous. It would be so unlike MW to finish everything up on a positive note wrapped neatly in a bow. And now with only 3 episodes left, I have no faith that I won't be disappointed (or worse, crushed) by the finale.
I don't mind the waitress. While I think introducing her character now was too little too late, she HAS to serve some sort of purpose. I like the idea that she might be some sort of catalyst for Don to just disappear and reinvent himself. He certainly is a man without an island right now, as every single thing he has built for himself or connected himself to seems to have moved on or evaporated.

I find Joan's new beau to be far more annoying and extraneous. If they end her arc with her taking her money and sailing off into the sunset with him I will be sorely disappointed. The whole story (so far) is so trite and silly. Joan is too good for him, she's too smart for him, and the plot line is almost insultingly cliché.

I hope there is a twist.
I think the boyfriend takes her money and sails into the sunset. He is clearly sketchy.
I am like 3 days late, but I hated the episode. I've been hating the whole season so far. I think I just hate last seasons. I feel like there is a plot to wrap things up, and time is ticking, and it's cliché after cliché. So now Peggy talked about the baby, Whathisface Ted met someone, Joan is in love, Pete and Trudy might get back together, Roger is with Marie, they are closing the agency. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? They even wrapped up Betty's fucked up story with Glen.
I just want them to continue on with their lives normally.
