I am on our "State of the Union" call at work. 45 mins in and the webex audio still isn't working. It is so painful and a bit comical. Our technology department really needs some work.
At least it gives me time to read up on last night's Mad Men.
I got my new Fitbit HR in the mail on Saturday. So far I really like it! It's inspiring me to want to walk more and eat better. Let's hope "wanting to" leads to actually doing it!
It says I've gotten less than 5 hours of sleep the last 2 nights, though, and had hundreds of minutes of restlessness. That's interesting, but I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with this information? I know I slept poorly last night but the night before I felt like I slept fairly solidly. No wonder I'm so damned tired and lazy all the time if I'm getting so little sleep.

I was going to come in here and complain. Then our admin interrupted me mid post, and she was kind enough to take the time to listen to my concerns. It mean so much to me that she would do that.
DH as an appoint meant with his oncologist today. I hope it ends up being nothing more than a routine check in, because I don't have the emotional fortitude this week to handle a very full work schedule and DH falling apart.

This is one of my biggest pet peeves at work. Our execs do these huge conf calls but inevitably there is a webex issue or people don't mute themselves and there is terrible back ground noise.
Wyatts dog trainer is going to be exhibiting at a safety fair my company is hosting in a couple weeks. I've been slacking on his training cause we've been so f'ing busy but I gotta get moving so I can give her a good progress report!

Thanks, everyone. It was just a routine check in, and he's cleared for six more months. I hate that I can't go into any these appointments anymore without imagining the worst/being all doom and gloom, but the track record deters that thinking
One of DDs good friends just moved into our apartment complex. She's been over there for the past few nights. I just took Rascal (my ragdoll cat) out on a leash and he couldn't handle it. Now he's sleeping it off, but he's still wearing his harness.
I am going to order jimmy johns for dinner but I don't want to move the cat.
I came to Louisiana with him on business. We are in some little middle of nowhere town and I just watched him devour 6lbs of crawfish. In other news, I got some primo boudin balls, meat pies and stuffed crabs. Yum. I love Cajun food
Hope that has all passed you by now I just saw on the news that a train derailed due to high winds? Scary. We are way up north and I think we missed it all. We had terrible weather over last weekend, high winds and hail. Be safe.

My feet are killing me... because I had the best day in NYC. Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, Wall Street, Brooklyn Bridge hike to have pizza at Grimaldi's, a hilarious show and finishing off with whiskey and pub grub before crashing for another day of obnoxious tourism.

I have SO many problems with WebEx it drives me absolutely nuts since none of my employees work in the office. We're a Fortune 50 company you would think we would have better options.
My diet didn't start today like I had planned. I'm hoping to do a two-a-day run fest starting tomorrow.
