My updated goal for Aril was to try and get out 3 times a week too. Didn't happen because work got busy and we went on a mini-vacation.
But as of right now, in April I ran a total of 26.59 miles and walked 10.6 miles (which doesn't include our hiking from the vacation). I'm up 12 miles of running and down 5 of walking from March. So that's not too bad.
May should be off to a good start too. I already have plans to hike Turnbull Canyon (uphill?) a couple miles with some coworkers this weekend.
