I love cottage cheese. injured sniff. with blueberries, pineapple, and strawberries, all mounded on a leaf of iceberg lettuce for decoration.
Cottage cheese is best served in it's original container. If this isn't possible, then only the smallest amount that is feasible should be dished into an individual serving bowl and eaten immediately. Why manhandle it? Hasn't it suffered enough?

I thought I must be missing a joke or something because cottage cheese with brats does not compute. Gimme a brat with caramelized onions any day of the week.
YOU DON'T EAT COTTAGE CHEESE OUT OF DOORS!! God almighty.
That's as bad as the yogurt commercial where the two women had an open cup of yogurt in their fucking bike baskets. I wouldn't even transport an unopened yogurt on a bike. Just say no to open air dairy. Ice cream is the exception, but you have to eat it quickly.
Congratulations. You've out weirded the OP's H. Lol.

I didn't realize there were restrictions as to when and where and with what you could eat cottage cheese, lol. I could eat it with every meal. Is it really that weird to have as a side dish with brats if other sides are offered as well?
where's Cville? She agrees with my dairy theories. Think of the three C's. Container (original), consumption (quickly), cold (extremely). Follow those rules and you can't go wrong.
