(ETA: in case it's not clear, H is coming too, lollollol)
For a weekend
If you remember my previous post about this, we had two things holding us back.
1. DH was worried my mom couldn't handle three kids alone for 3 days. So he enrolled my (XSTBX?) SIL (my brother's wife) to come help my mom. They will both spend the weekend at our house with the kids. We are now confident everybody will survive.
2. I was terrified we would die in a plane crash and our kids would be orphans. I am still terrified about that. Apparently not quite enough to skip on the trip, but enough that I feel like puking thinking about it. I think a therapy appointment is in my future to deal with this. Or 3 or 4 or whatever I need.
BUT OMG OMG OMG. I've never been to Paris and we have never gone on a trip without the kids (unless you count 2 nights at a hotel two hour drive away, and that was two years ago)
We'll be there in June too. I've never been, so looking forward to it.
Anything on your "must see/do" list?
Not much, honestly. We only really have two days, so we will just walk through the city. I want to see the Cathédrale Notre-Dame-de-Paris and the Eiffel Tower. We will see about the rest.

Sacre coeur and sainte Chappelle, too. And take lots of pics for meeeeee

And Musee D'Orsay. That's a must. I know you said you just want to hang out and get the feel in an earlier post, but the impressionism collection is beyond words. Happy that you made your decision to go!
