So far, 18.05 miles of swimming (lower this month due to taking some time off b/c shoulder injury/pain). I'm debating going this afternoon because I'm tired, AF is hanging around, my back hurts, and I have a migraine.
Which is almost exactly what my March mileage was. So instead of being down on myself for not running more I'm going to celebrate keeping my mileage up with a passenger. And try to do the same in May.

LOL. I actually just decided to skip it. I will do something else (like a pilates DVD) instead. I just literally cannot make myself go today. It hurts even to SIT.
Run: 15 miles Bike: 40 miles Swimming: 3 hours 45 minutes (volunteering at swimming lessons) Soccer: 7 games (assuming tonight doesn't get thunder-stormed out) which came out to 7 hours 40 minutes
Starting May off with 13.1 with any luck on Sunday Will definitely drop next month (30? 40?) with the post-race rest, and upping cross-training once the HM is done.
