I have a little tupperware container in the door of the fridge that I keep sauce packets in. Once it's full, I toss anything else I get. I tend to take the packets with me to work when I bring my own lunch.

No, because it will just build up and get old. I usually don't take any or decline and just use what we have at home unless it is special for the meal.
Yes, and I don't know why. I will never use duck sauce or Taco Bell sauce with anything other than those restaurants' own food, and they always give you like 72 packets per order. Although soy sauce and ketchup packets have come in handy when we've run out suddenly.
We only keep as many as fit in a small gladware, the size that would hold one serving of soup. When it fills up, I toss whatever we have a lot of.

I only keep them at work in case I bring in something that needs ketchup or ranch or whatever. I don't at home since we usually have whatever sauce we need.
I keep nugget sauces from McDonald's because dd likes to dip things. But otherwise, no. When I'm at Taco Bell I'm very specific about how many sauces I get. When they ask if I want sauce I tell them 2 verde and 4 mild, or whatever I'll need. They always go along with it.
Yes, I save them because I don't want to be wasteful but then they never, ever end up getting used. So I've started trying not to save them anymore; I just throw the extras away now.

Yes. DS loves the Parmesan cheese that comes with pizza on his pasta. I always horde those plus soy sauce and red pepper flakes. They always come in handy when I am trying a new recipe and realize I don't have those items.
Who was the ketchup stealer? DirtySouth? I keep the fancy one from Dairy Queen. And I always keep the hot mustard (although not many are usually left) from take out Chinese.
No, we don't really order or go to restaurants that have "to go" condiments. So by the time I had enough of like sweat and sour sauce half of it would be expired.
And the qualifier, we eat out a lot, just not where we get "to go" sauces, but there is one place I try to stockpile the ranch dressing (paninos).
